The ache that wakes you at night. A knee you no longer quite trust.

Mr Peter Craig is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon practising at The Droitwich Spa Hospital and Nuffield Health Warwickshire, fellowship-trained in primary and revision hip and knee replacement in Coventry and in Toronto, Canada.

Mr Peter Craig’s master’s thesis at UCL asked a question most surgical research skirts: not whether a knee replacement works, but how patients say they feel afterwards. It was awarded a distinction and the Oswestry Professors Medal. He went on to spend two further years in fellowship training in primary and revision hip and knee replacement – at Coventry and Warwickshire, and at the Holland Orthopaedic and Arthritic Centre in Toronto – before his appointment as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in 2020. He now treats hip and knee arthritis exclusively, with a particular interest in complex knee surgery, and teaches the operation to surgeons from the UK and abroad.
